Local Agencies definition

Local Agencies means a city, county, or district entity formed for purposes pursuant to a joint powers agreement between two or more local entities that are eligible for Grant Programs administered by RMC.

Local Agencies means local units of government, special districts, or other legally constituted agencies of local units of government exercising powers that may affect water resources.
