Agencies definition

Agencies means the Department, the Agency for International Develop- ment (AID), the International Commu- nication Agency (USICA), the Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS), and the Foreign Commercial Service (FCS).
Agencies means only those rating agencies that are engaged by the applicable depositors to rate the securities issued in connection with the Securitizations of the securitized Notes.
