Local Bond definition

Local Bond means the bond in substantially the form attached to this Financing Agreement as Exhibit A issued by the Borrower to the Authority pursuant to this Agreement.
Local Bond means the Local Government's Solid Waste System Revenue Bond, Series 2015, issued in the original principal amount set forth in Schedule 1.1, as such bond may be amended or modified.

Examples of Local Bond in a sentence

  • No remedy conferred by this Agreement upon or reserved to the registered owners of the Local Bond is intended to be exclusive of any other remedy, but each such remedy shall be cumulative and shall be in addition to any other legally available remedy given to VRA under this Agreement or now or hereafter existing at law or in equity or by statute.
