Local Business Enterprise (LBE) definition

Local Business Enterprise (LBE) means a business that has its main office or principal place of business within the boundaries of Contra Costa County.
Local Business Enterprise (LBE) means a business that is certified by CMD as an LBE under Administrative Code Section 14B.3. LBEs are either Small-LBEs or Micro-LBEs, and are also either MBEs, WBEs, or OBEs.
