Local Cartage seniority list who are still in progression on August 1, 2013 the ratification date of this Agreement shall receive the general wage increases set forth above but shall and will be paid no less than what they are entitled to in accordance with their current progression set forth in the 2008-2013 Agreement. Local Cartage means the transportation of any class of property by motor vehicle for compensation when the transportation is performed wholly within an incorporated city or a commercial zone adjacent to an incorporated city.
