Local Commercial Traffic definition

Local Commercial Traffic means the traffic on account of commuting by a car, LCV, bus or truck, as the case may be, between the toll plaza and any point situated within 15 (fifteen) kilometers on either side of the toll plaza but does not include local traffic;
Local Commercial Traffic means any commercial vehicle including buses, trucks, light motor vehicles or taxis engaged in carrying goods and passengers and required to use the project highway frequently and owner of vehicle resides within distance of 2 Km. of toll plaza and registered with the Concessionaire and as may be certified by officer nominated by the GSRDC.
Local Commercial Traffic means any commercial vehicle including Buses, Trucks, Light Motor Vehicles or taxies engaged in carrying goods and passengers registered with the concessionaire as plying routinely on the project highway without crossing more than one of the user fee plaza’s.

More Definitions of Local Commercial Traffic

Local Commercial Traffic means the traffic on account of commuting by a private Vehicle on the Project Highway; provided (i) such private Vehicle is owned by a person who resides in Bharuch Districts. (ii) such vehicle shall be originally registered in Bharuch Districts having Registration Plate bearing Bharuch District RTO Vehicle Registration Code GJ-16.
Local Commercial Traffic means any commercial vehicle including buses, trucks, light motor vehicles or taxis engaged in carrying goods and passengers registered with the Receiver/Selectee/New Concessionaire at one of the toll plazas as plying routinely on the project highway without crossing more than one of the toll plazas.
