Local community college board definition

Local community college board means the board established to act in an advisory capacity to the State Board and perform such duties with respect to the operation of a single comprehensive community college as may be delegated to it by the State Board.

  • National Commissioner means the National Commissioner of the South African Police Service, appointed by the President under section 207(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996;

  • Local board of health means a county, city, or district board of health.

  • Information Commissioner means the UK Information Commissioner and any successor;

  • Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act means the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013);
