Local Conveyance Documents definition

Local Conveyance Documents means the Assignment and Assumption Agreement and ▇▇▇▇ of Sale, Deed of Transfer of Owned Real Property (▇▇▇▇▇▇) and Deed of Transfer of Owned Real Property (South Haven), in substantially the forms of Exhibits A-1 through A-3.
Local Conveyance Documents means the Assignment and Assumption Agreement and Bill of Sale, Deed of Transfer of Owned Real Property (Tyrone) and Deed of Transfer of Owned Real Property (South Haven), in substantially the forms of Exhibits A-1 through A-3.
