Local Cost Goods and Services definition

Local Cost Goods and Services means, with respect to any Transaction, any goods and/or services specified as such in the relevant Ex-Im Bank Approval, as described in greater detail in the relevant Acquisition List. Ex-Im Bank shall determine what does and does not constitute Local Cost Goods and Services, and such determination shall be conclusive and binding for all purposes.
Local Cost Goods and Services are all goods originating in the Purchaser’s Country and all services provided by residents of the Purchaser’s Country as well as import taxes and customs duties. For more information, refer to the “Local Cost Policy” at xxx.xxxx.xxx.

Examples of Local Cost Goods and Services in a sentence

  • Each invoice (other than any invoice for Local Cost Goods and Services) must include the U.S. street address of the Exporter or Ancillary Services Provider thereof, as the case may be, unless otherwise approved in writing by Ex-Im Bank.

  • We do not request that the Guarantee cover the financing of Local Cost Goods and Services.

  • For each Credit, Ex-Im Bank will provide a Guarantee with respect to the financing of Local Cost Goods and Services only if specifically indicated in the relevant Ex-Im Bank Approval.

  • The Guarantee of each such Credit shall only cover the Local Cost Goods and Services as approved by Ex-Im Bank as eligible for financing hereunder, described in the Acquisition List, and in an amount not to exceed the Local Cost Financed Portion.

  • We hereby request that the Guarantee cover the financing of Local Cost Goods and Services in the manner specified by the MGA.

  • The Guarantee of each such Credit shall only cover costs in respect of Local Cost Goods and Services subject to the provisions of Annex C hereto and in an amount not to exceed the Local Cost Financed Portion.

  • We hereby request that the Guarantee cover the financing of Local Cost Goods and Services in the manner specified by the MGA, and have attached hereto an explanation of the grounds for this request.

  • Copies of the invoice(s) for the Goods and/or Services or Local Cost Goods and Services to be financed under the requested Lease Delivery, bearing or accompanied by evidence that the Exporter(s), Ancillary Services Provider(s) or Local Cost Provider(s) thereof, as the case may be, has been paid.

  • Evidence of payment is required for Local Cost Goods and Services and Ancillary Services (other than those provided by the Lessor which is a U.S. entity).

  • The Lessor shall also, at the request of Ex­Im Bank, transfer to Ex­Im Bank or to such Person as may be designated by Ex­Im Bank, all right, title and interest in and to the Goods and Services and Local Cost Goods and Services, if any, free and clear of all liens, charges and encumbrances, together with all certificates of title and other documents and agreements necessary or advisable to effectively transfer all such Goods and Services and Local Cost Goods and Services, if any.

Related to Local Cost Goods and Services

  • Goods and Services or "goods or services" means any work, labor, commodities, equipment, materials, or supplies of any tangible or intangible nature, except real property or any interest therein, provided or performed through a contract awarded by a purchasing agent, including goods and property subject to N.J.S.A. 12A:2-101 et seq.

  • Goods and Services Tax (GST) shall mean any tax payable on the supply of goods, services or other things in accordance with the provisions of GST Law.

  • Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act means the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017;

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Freight forwarding services means the activity consisting of organising and monitoring shipment operations on behalf of shippers, through the acquisition of transport and related services, preparation of documentation and provision of business information.

  • Marijuana wholesaler means a person who purchases marijuana items in this state for resale to a person other than a consumer.

  • Routine care means medical care which is not urgent or emergent in nature and can wait for a regularly scheduled physician appointment without risk of permanent damage to the patient’s life or health status. The condition requiring routine care is not likely to substantially worsen without immediate clinical intervention.

  • Supplementary aids and services means aids, services and other supports that are provided in regular education classes or other education-related settings and in extracurricular and nonacademic settings to enable children with disabilities to be educated with children without disabilities to the maximum extent appropriate.

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.

  • system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;

  • Manufacturing Facilities means facilities engaged in the mechanical or chemical transformation of materials or substances into new products and shall include:

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Agricultural equipment includes but is not limited to equipment associated with livestock or crop production, horticulture, or floriculture. “Agricultural equipment” includes but is not limited to tractors; trailers; combines; tillage, planting, and cultivating implements; balers; irrigation implements; and all-terrain vehicles.

  • Transportation network company means a company or organization facilitating and/or providing transportation services using a computer or digital application or platform to connect or match passengers with drivers for compensation or a fee.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Medical equipment means equipment used in a patient care environment to support patient treatment and diagnosis.

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier. Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due. A Party shall also be deemed in Default upon such Party’s insolvency or the initiation of bankruptcy or receivership proceedings by or against the Party or the failure to obtain or maintain any certification(s) or authorization(s) from the Commission which are necessary or appropriate for a Party to exchange traffic or order any service, facility or arrangement under this Agreement, or notice from the Party that it has ceased doing business in this State or receipt of publicly available information that signifies the Party is no longer doing business in this State.

  • Maritime cargo handling services means activities exercised by stevedore companies, including terminal operators, but not including the direct activities of dockers, when this workforce is organised independently of the stevedoring or terminal operator companies. The activities covered include the organisation and supervision of:

  • Consumables and medical devices means (consumables) items that require regular replacement (e.g. batteries) to keep a medical device (such as a hearing aid) operational. Many medical devices require consumables.

  • Retail Marijuana means all parts of the plant of the genus cannabis whether growing or not, the seeds thereof, the resin extracted from any part of the plant, and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the plant, its seeds, or its resin, including but not limited to Retail Marijuana Concentrate, that is cultivated, manufactured, distributed, or sold by a licensed Retail Marijuana Business. “Retail Marijuana” does not include industrial hemp, nor does it include fiber produced from stalks, oil, or cake made from the seeds of the plant, sterilized seed of the plant which is incapable of germination, or the weight of any other Ingredient combined with marijuana to prepare topical or oral administrations, food, drink, or other product. If the context requires, Retail Marijuana includes Retail Marijuana Concentrate and Retail Marijuana Product.

  • Retail Service and Maintenance Sector Means the service and maintenance of retail facilities which includes financial institutions, retail businesses, schools and hospitals but does not include commercial premises as defined.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.
