Local Currency Sublimit definition

Local Currency Sublimit means $75,000,000.
Local Currency Sublimit means $200,000,000. The Local Currency Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Commitments.
Local Currency Sublimit means, as of any date, the sum (a) of $80,000,000 and (b) the aggregate principal amount, not in excess of $95,000,000, of all Local Currency Loans outstanding or made on such date the proceeds of which were, or will be on such date, used to finance the purchase of the capital stock of the European Target or to refinance such Local Currency Loans."
