Local fire authority definition

Local fire authority means your local fire inspection authority having jurisdiction in the area where your facility is located.
Local fire authority means those municipal or county fire officials specifically authorized under the Public Safety Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, to enforce the provisions of the State Fire Laws and Fire Prevention Code.
