Local Improvements definition

Local Improvements means all of the installations and improvements to be constructed and installed in the Development Area in accordance with the Plans and including, but not limited to, the following:
Local Improvements means and include, within and adjacent to the Development Area, those services and facilities identified in Schedule "C" to this Agreement.
Local Improvements means all the Internal Local Improvements and the External Local Improvements, together with all necessary appurtenances, which are described and specified in Schedule “D” attached hereto;

More Definitions of Local Improvements

Local Improvements shall include utilities, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, pavements and such other local improvements as are defined by the Local Improvements Act or the Municipal Act.
Local Improvements means construction projects that are required to provide benefits only to an individual property, development, or local improvement district (LID) but are not designed to provide service beyond the project area. Local improvement costs are generally the responsibility of individual property owners, developers, or LIDs and include the cost of construction to the develop- ment of the smallest allowable sized pipe.
Local Improvements means and includes the improving, widening or extending of any street, avenue, lane, alley or other public place by grading, paving, repaving, resurfacing, and constructing curbs, gutters, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, water mains, walks, gas mains, street lights and all necessary appurtenances thereto and otherwise improving the same, or repairing of curbs, gutters, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, water mains, walks, gas mains, street lights and all necessary appurtenances thereto and otherwise improving the same.” 65 ILCS 5/9-3-2 (West 2010).
Local Improvements means the improvements installed by the Vendor in, on or adjacent to the Lands including survey posts, concrete curbs, concrete gutters, concrete sidewalks, asphalt roads, street lamps, water valves, fire hydrants, franchise, utility cables, boulevards and fencing;
Local Improvements means additional charges such as water and sewer that are imposed against the property. Local improvements are specific to the individual property.
Local Improvements means and includes all those improvements specified in the Development Permit or Development Agreement whether within or outside the Development Area and such additional improvements as are shown on the Plans, as are requested by the City Engineer, or as specified by the Subdivision Authority, Development Authority, a Development Officer, or the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board;
Local Improvements means those Local Improvements together with all necessary appurtenances which are described and specified in a development servicing agreement and plans and specifications.
