Local Measurement definition

Local Measurement means content measurement or advertising measurement (including for attribution or ad effectiveness, subject to Section 3.02(g)) in a local market for the purpose of syndicated ratings-based or syndicated impressions-based reporting of viewing activity in any market or group of markets.
