Local Registration Authority definition

Local Registration Authority for an occupation means the person or Authority in the jurisdiction of the Party having the function conferred by legislation of Registering persons in connection with their carrying on of that occupation under the Laws of a Party.
Local Registration Authority means a person appointed by the authorised person under regulation 4(1); and
Local Registration Authority means a person that is responsible for the identification, review and verification of information provided by Applicants or Subscribers.
