Local Regulations definition

Local Regulations means laws and regulations applicable to the Products in the countries or territories in which the Retailer will sell the Products;

Local Regulations means all laws and regulations affecting the manufacture, sale, packaging and labelling of the Products and Services which are in force from time to time;

Local Regulations means any national, state, federal or local law, regulation or other subordinate legislation governing the offering of the Services and/or the monitoring of personal safety alarms.
