Local road authority definition

Local road authority means the governing body of a city, village, airport, college, or university.
Local road authority means the individual(s) responsible for authorizing a carrier to travel on routes within their jurisdiction;

  • Road authority means each governmental agency with jurisdiction over public streets and highways.
