Local road authority definition
Local road authority means the governing body of a city, village, airport, college, or university.
Local road authority means the individual(s) responsible for authorizing a carrier to travel on routes within their jurisdiction;
Local road authority means a city council, municipal council or district council established under the Local Government Act appointed by RDA to act as a Road Authority.
