Local Supplement definition

Local Supplement means each Local supplement for a Service Location.
Local Supplement means, with respect to any jurisdiction, the supplement to the ESPP 2008 providing a summary of certain specific terms and conditions of the ESPP 2008 applicable in that jurisdiction. The Local Supplement (except the tax and social charges withholding summary included therein) constitutes an integral and essential part of the ESPP 2008 applicable in the relevant jurisdiction. In case of inconsistencies between the ESPP 2008 and the Local Supplement, the provisions of the Local Supplement shall prevail.

The provisions of the Local Supplement (other than the tax and social charges withholding summary included therein) constitute an integral and essential part of the ESPP 2009 applicable in the relevant Jurisdiction. Related to Local Supplement

  • Local Supplier means a supplier or service provider whose product or service offered for procurement meets the minimum local content of 50% as prescribed in DIPP Order No.P-45021/2/2017-PP (BE-II) dated 28th May, 2018 or by the competent Ministries/Departments in pursuance of this order.

  • Class-I local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content equal to or more than 50%, as defined under said Order.

Section 1395 et. seq.) or an issued policy under a demonstration project specified in 42 U.S.C. § 1395ss(g)(1), which is advertised, marketed or designed primarily as a supplement to reimbursements under Medicare for the hospital, medical or surgical expenses of persons eligible for Medicare. “Medicare supplement policy” does not include Medicare Advantage plans established under Medicare Part C, Outpatient Prescription Drug plans established under Medicare Part D, or any Health Care Prepayment Plan (HCPP) that provides benefits pursuant to an agreement under §1833(a)(1)(A) of the Social Security Act.

  • mobility supplement means a supplement to which paragraph 9 of Schedule 4 refers;

  • Cross-Series Modification means a modification involving (i) the Bonds or any agreement governing the issuance or administration of the Bonds, and (ii) the debt securities of one or more other series or any agreement governing the issuance or administration of such other debt securities.

  • Additional Security Document means, any security document relating to the ETP Securities designated as such by Issuer and the Trustee, as amended, supplemented, novated and/or replaced from time to time but, for the avoidance of doubt, not including the Trust Deed or the Margin Account Security Agreement.

  • Additional Security Documents shall have the meaning provided in Section 9.12(a).
