Location Premium definition

Location Premium has the meaning specified in Section 9.2.1.
Location Premium means an amount over and above the prescribed fee and charges that an applicant is willing to pay to the Government to obtain the permission against applications received under sub-section (1A) of section 8, as determined through bidding/auction process in pursuance of the policy issued by the Government in this regard, from time to time.]
Location Premium means, at any time, the amount (in Dollars) per Ounce, ---------------- if any, determined by the Agent in good faith, to be paid by the party receiving Gold hereunder to the party delivering Gold hereunder, if such Delivery is to be made at a location other than London, England, pursuant to Section 2.5. -----------

Examples of Location Premium in a sentence

  • MSCG shall include the Provisional Location Premium on the first Net Payment Amount Invoice prepared after determination of such amount; provided that the first Provisional Location Premium (payable in respect of the first 30-day period after the Commencement Date) shall be payable on the Commencement Date, and no Provisional Location Premium shall be payable on the first Business Day following the end of the first 30-day period after the Commencement Date.

  • MSCG shall prepare an estimate of the Location Premium (the “Provisional Location Premium”) attributable to sales to Customers that occurred during a 30-day period on the first Business Day following the end of such 30-day period.

  • If the Parties fail to agree by the 25th day prior to the commencement of such calendar month on the fixed value for any component, the Location Premium for such following calendar month shall be calculated using the actual costs, volumes, fees, prices or amounts that applied in connection with each MSCG (or TPSI) sale instead of using a fixed component.

  • Prior to the start of each calendar month, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith and make reasonable commercial efforts to agree upon fixed values for each of the components included in the calculations of Base Barge Price and Location Premium described in Schedule 6.

  • The Monthly Location Premium Adjustment shall be included on the first Net Payment Amount Invoice prepared after determination of such Monthly Location Premium Adjustment.

  • The Employee shall be entitled to participate in the New Skies Satellites N.V. Headquarters Location Premium plan, as such plan may be amended by the Company from time to time.

  • Not less than seven Business Days prior to such due date, the Agent shall notify the Borrower or the Guarantors, as the case may be, whether or not it consents to such payment at such proposed alternate location, and, if it so consents, of the Location Premium or Location Discount assessable in respect of such proposed alternate location.
