Lodged Bonds definition
Lodged Bonds means, at any time, a Bond which is lodged in the Austraclear System at that time.
Lodged Bonds means, at any time, a Bond which is lodged in the NZClear System at that time. "Loss Absorbing Bond" means a Bond specified as such in the Register.
