Login Data means the identification means (such as user ID, password, etc.) of Administrators of vPayment.

Examples of Login Data in a sentence

  • Customer may use the Monitoring Service for the duration of the License, which shall be valid for a period of twelve months after the granting of effective access to the Monitoring Service which is deemed to have taken place upon Omron providing Log-in Data (as defined below) to the System Integrator (“Activation”) of the License.

  • It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the Login Data and the available services are exclusively used by the Customer and/or the persons authorised by the Customer as the case may be.

  • The Login Data shall be regarded as “confidential information” under these Partnership Terms and Conditions.

  • Within their respective organisation, the Customer and channelxperts are responsible for keeping the Login Data confidential and to protect such data from unauthorised third party access.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Your Data means all electronic data or information submitted by You to the Purchased Services.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Password is the customer-generated code selected by you for use during the initial sign-on, or the codes you select after the initial sign-on, that establishes your connection to the Service;

  • Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Username means an alphanumeric login identification used by the Client for accessing the Service.
