Logoed Merchandise definition

Logoed Merchandise has the meaning stated in Section 9.1.G.
Logoed Merchandise has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1D.
Logoed Merchandise has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(d) of this Agreement.

Examples of Logoed Merchandise in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Logoed Merchandise shall only include items that are typically sold in gift shops (e.g. pencils, mugs, caps, golf shirts, etc.), and shall expressly exclude linens, beds, bedding and other furnishings and Soft Goods and Case Goods.

  • The overall level of quality and manner of sales of such Logoed Merchandise must also be in accordance with the Standards and Policies.

  • GOLF BREVARD shall be permitted to sell Logoed Merchandise only within the Pro Shop, unless expressly approved by COUNTY.
