DHS Seal, Logo, and Flags The Contractor shall not use the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) seal(s), logos, crests, or reproductions of flags or likeness of DHS agency officials without specific FEMA pre-approval.
Markings 1.8.1. Every hose shall bear, at intervals of not greater than 0.5 m, the following clearly legible and indelible identification markings consisting of characters, figures or symbols.
USE OF NAMES AND TRADEMARKS 14.1. Nothing contained in this Agreement will be construed as conferring any right to use in advertising, publicity, or other promotional activities any name, trade name, trademark, or other designation of either party hereto by the other (including contraction, abbreviation or simulation of any of the foregoing). Unless required by law, the use by Licensee of the name "The Regents of the University of California" or the name of any campus of the University of California for use in advertising, publicity, or other promotional activities is expressly prohibited.
Marks Unless expressly stated in an Order Form, no right or license, express or implied, is granted in this Agreement for the use of any Red Hat, Red Hat Affiliate, Client or third party trade names, service marks or trademarks, including, without limitation, the distribution of the Software utilizing any Red Hat or Red Hat Affiliate trademarks.
