Lone Ranger definition
Lone Ranger and "Underdog" properties and Other Entertainment Works): (a) accounts receivable (whether or not specifically listed on schedules furnished to the Lenders), and any and all instruments, documents, contract rights, chattel paper, general intangibles, including, without limitation, all accounts created by or arising from any of the Borrower's sales of goods or rendition of services to its customers, and all accounts arising from sales or rendition of services made under any of the Borrower's trade names or styles, whether or not presently in effect, or through any of the Borrower's divisions; (b) unpaid seller's rights (including rescission, replevin, reclamation and stoppage in transit) relating to the foregoing or arising therefrom; (c) rights to any goods represented by any of the foregoing, including rights to returned or repossessed goods; (d) reserves and credit balances arising hereunder; (e) guarantees or collateral for any of the foregoing; (f) insurance policies or rights relating to any of the foregoing; and (g) cash and non-cash proceeds of any and all of the foregoing.
Lone Ranger shall have the meaning given to that term in the Security Agreement in the form of Exhibit B-1 attached hereto and dated of even date herewith, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
