Long Beach Refinery definition
Long Beach Refinery means the refinery owned by E▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as of the Effective Date and located near Long Beach, California, the interest owned by E▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in the land on which such refinery is situated, use or license rights covering tracts of land adjoining the railroad lines, spurs or sidings within the boundary of the refinery site, all easements, rights of way and privileges granted to E▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ within or adjoining the refinery site, all improvements, machinery and equipment thereon, and the interest of E▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as lessee in all leases of personal property used or held for use by E▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in connection with such refinery.
Long Beach Refinery means the crude oil refinery and associated facilities owned by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Oil Company, LLC and located at or near Long Beach, California.
