Long Lead Time Component definition
Long Lead Time Component means a Component that has a lead time greater than the associated Product Lead Time.
Long Lead Time Component means any Component with a Component Lead Time in excess of eight (8) weeks.
Long Lead Time Component means any Component for which the minimum duration necessary for Venture to procure such Component from the relevant third party vendor, is not less than the duration identified in the Product Schedule or quarterly Special Inventory declarations. Examples of Long Lead Time Component in a sentence
As used herein, the term “E&O Inventory” means (i) any customized component of a Product (including [***] and [***]) ordered or manufactured within the lead time window reasonably required to meet ADT’s forecast and (ii) any Long Lead Time Component of a Product ordered within the lead time window reasonably required to meet ADT’s forecast that is not reasonably expected by ADT to have any forward‐looking demand beyond one hundred eighty (180) days.
