Long Stop Date Extension definition
Long Stop Date Extension means the election of the Purchaser or Sellers to extend the Long Stop Date for one period of up to six months, by irrevocable notice given in accordance with this Agreement no later than ten Business Days prior to the original Long Stop Date.
