Long Stop Price definition
Long Stop Price with respect to a Security, means the price of such Security determined in accordance with the rules set forth in Section 8 on the basis of an Options Completion Date deemed to occur on June 30, 2016 (notwithstanding the fact that the Options Completion Date might occur on a different date pursuant to Section 10.9(a)) and a Distribution Amount equal to the product of (a) one point one (1.1) and (b) the Final Notification Equity Value;
