Long Term Borrowings definition

Long Term Borrowings and "Short Term Borrowings," determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
Long Term Borrowings means all Borrowings of the Company in respect of amounts borrowed or raised and originally due for payment after 12 (twelve) months from the date of creation of such indebtedness.
Long Term Borrowings means Interest-Bearing Liabilities more than 1 year including Bonds, Other Borrowings and Other Liabilities (Regulatory Liabilities).

Related to Long Term Borrowings

  • Total Borrowings means, in respect of the Corporation on a consolidated basis, as of a given date, the aggregate of the following, without duplication:

  • Incremental Term Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Incremental Term Loans.

  • Term Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Term Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Term Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(a).

  • New Term Loans as defined in Section 2.24.

  • Subsequent Borrowings has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.19.

  • Borrowings means the plural thereof.

  • Incremental Term Loan Borrowing Date means, with respect to each Class of Incremental Term Loans, each date on which Incremental Term Loans of such Class are incurred pursuant to Section 2.01(b) and as otherwise specified in any amendment providing for Incremental Term Loans in accordance with Section 2.22.

  • Pro-Rata Borrowing has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.03(a).

  • Term SOFR Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Term SOFR Loans.
