Long Term Employee definition

Long Term Employee means a person who, as of the date he or she ceases to be an Employee of the Company or any Affiliated Corporation, has been an Employee of the Company or any Affiliated Corporation for six years or more, with no break in such employment of longer than one year.
Long Term Employee means either a person hired by the Employer for a fixed period of four (4) months or more, or a person employed by the Employer for a period of greater than four (4) months without a break in continuous service of ten (10) or more working days.
Long Term Employee means any salaried employee of the Company who has been continuously employed by the Company on a full-time basis for the two (2) year period ending on the effective date of a Change of Control.

  • Upon termination, the Company shall pay the Executive the following benefits: Equipment Benefit, Restricted Stock Benefit, Long Term Employee Exercise Rights, and Extension of Exercise Rights.

  • Company shall pay the Executive’s estate the following Additional Benefits: Extension of Exercise Rights, Long Term Employee Exercise Rights, and Restricted Stock Benefit.

  • In either case, he/she is entitled to only the Additional Benefit of : (a) Long Term Employee Exercise Rights; (b) Extension of Exercise Rights, and (c) Restricted Stock Benefit, independent of whether the Executive is on medical leave or not.


More Definitions of Long Term Employee

Long Term Employee means an Employee who does not meet the requirements of an Eligible Employee but who has at least 500 Hours of Service for each year of a three consecutive 12-month period as measured at the end of such three-year period. A Long-Term Employee shall remain a Long-Term Employee until the Employee otherwise meets the requirements of an Eligible Employee or incurs a Severance of Service.
Long Term Employee means an officer or senior management employee of K-Bro who has been employed by K-Bro for a total of at least 20 years which need not be consecutive), for whom the sum of (i) such individual’s age, and (ii) the total number of years of employment by K-Bro, is greater than or equal to 65 as of the date of resignation or termination for any reason other than for Cause.
Long Term Employee means an Employee continuously employed for greater than five (5) years.
