Examples of Longevity Award in a sentence

  • ASA members will receive a Longevity Award upon the fifth (5th), tenth (10th), fifteenth (15th), twentieth (20th), twenty-fifth (25th), thirtieth (30th), thirty- fifth (35th), and fortieth (40th) anniversary date of employment at Ocean County College.

  • All plans, agreements and arrangements set forth on Schedule 5.7(b), except the Longevity Award Program, shall have been terminated.

  • Longevity Award: Administrators shall receive a one-time payment of $780.00 at the conclusion of the first five (5) years of consecutive District service as an Administrator, $1,050.00 at the conclusion of ten (10) consecutive years of District service as an Administrator, $1,300.00 at the conclusion of fifteen (15) consecutive years of District service as an Administrator, and $1,560.00 at the conclusion of twenty (20) consecutive years of District service as an Administrator.

  • Simultaneous with the shipping of Products to a EZ Prints Customer, Company shall, via email or other method as designated by EZ Prints, transmit to EZ Prints a ship notice, which shall include order information and tracking number.

  • Employees are eligible to apply for a Longevity Award upon the fifteenth (15th), twentieth (20th), twenty-fifth (25th) and thirtieth (30th) anniversary date of employment at Ocean County College.Individuals employed after February 27, 2014 will not be eligible for a longevity award.

Related to Longevity Award

  • Equity Award means all incentive stock options, non-statutory stock options, shares of restricted stock, restricted stock units or other incentive equity awards in respect of shares of the Company’s equity securities that have been or will be granted to you by the Company.

  • Company Equity Award means a Company Stock Option or a Company Stock Award or a phantom stock award, as the case may be.
