Loss Calculation Notice definition
Loss Calculation Notice means a Loss Calculation Notice as defined in the CDS Confirmation;
Loss Calculation Notice means each notice of, among other things, any Loss Amount received by the Issuer from the Calculation Agent under the CDS Contract.
Loss Calculation Notice means a loss calculation notice as set out in the Standard CDS Terms.
