Lost Time Payment definition

Lost Time Payment means payments provided to Settlement Class Members who are entitled to and who select such a payment on their Claim Form, and as further described in Paragraph 4.3 below.

Examples of Lost Time Payment in a sentence

  • Settlement Class Members who make a Claim for a Lost Time Payment must affirmatively indicate their election of this Settlement Benefit on the Claim Form, and attest that the claimed lost time is accurate and not otherwise reimbursable through insurance.

  • Class Member who submit a Lost Time Payment Claim will be required to provide a brief narrative of the nature of the lost time and other mitigation efforts for which payment is being sought.

  • Settlement Payment: $4,759,470.00, with no reversion to the Defendants Identity Theft Protection Services Attributes: Out-of-Pocket Losses Maximum Payment Amount: $5,000 per claimant Lost Time Payment Amount: $20 per hour, up to 4 hours per claimant Cy Pres Recipient(s): Indiana Community Action Association, Inc.

  • In the alternative to the Documented Ordinary Loss Payment, Lost Time Payment, Documented Extraordinary Loss Payment, and the Credit Monitoring benefit, Class Members who are not California residents may submit a claim to receive a pro rata Settlement Payment in cash of $250 (“Alternative Cash Payment”).

  • Class Members who elect to submit a Claim that includes a Lost Time Payment may claim up to five (5) hours of lost time at a rate of $25 per hour, for a maximum of $125.

  • Settlement Class Members who elect to submit a Claim for Lost Time Payment may claim no more than $125 at $25/hour for five hours of time actually spent addressing issues arising from the Data Security Incident.

  • The Settlement Fund will be used to pay for all expenditures pertaining to this Settlement: (1) Documented Out-of-Pocket Losses Payment; (2) Lost Time Payment; (3) Credit Monitoring Services; (4) Cost of Claims Administration; and (5) Service Awards and Fee Award and Costs awarded by the Court.

  • This Settlement Benefit may be selected in addition to a Lost Time Payment and Documented Out-of-Pocket Loss Payment.

  • In the alternative to Credit Monitoring and Insurance Services, Documented Loss Payment, or Lost Time Payment, you may elect to receive a cash payment.

  • Each Settlement Class Member is eligible to submit a claim for lost time related to their efforts undertaken to prevent or mitigate fraud and identity theft following the announcement of the Ransomware Attack, called a Lost Time Payment.
