Lot Type 2 definition

Lot Type 2 means a Lot within Improvement Area #1 designated as a 50’ single-family residential lot by the Owner, as shown on the map attached as Exhibit J.
Lot Type 2 means a single family residential Lot within Improvement Area #1 marketed to homebuilders as a 50’ Lot.
Lot Type 2 means a Lot within Improvement Area #1 marketed to homebuilders as a 50’ residential Lot. The projected Annual Installments for Lot Type 2 are shown on Exhibit E-4.

  • Phase Two As of July 31, 2021, one Lot Type 1 Parcel (264943), one Lot Type 2 Parcel (Parcel 264367) and three Lot Type 3 Parcels (Parcels 264008, 264011 and 264062) were prepaid in full within Phase Two of the PID.

  • Phase One As of July 31, 2021, four Lot Type 2 Parcels (Parcels 240972, 240967, 240940 and 240921) and two Lot Type 3 Parcels (Parcel 240880 and 240836) were prepaid in full within Phase One of the PID.


More Definitions of Lot Type 2

Lot Type 2 means a Lot within Improvement Area #1 marketed to homebuilders as a 60’ Lot. The buyer disclosure for Lot Type 2 Lots is included as Appendix B‐2.
Lot Type 2 means lots identified as such on the Assessment Roll, being lots with approximately 6,600 square feet size and a lot width of 60 feet, which may be referred to as such in PD #46.
