Buyer Disclosure. Seller is aware that the Buyer is purchasing the property for profit and/or loss and maybe a concurrent resale. Seller is aware the buyer may use cash, hard money loan or funds other than his own to open and close escrow. Seller is aware that buyer may purchase property for resale at a profit or loss.

Buyer represents that no Licensee has facilitated, assisted with, or is otherwise involved with this potential purchase and sale transaction.
