Lots under Contract definition

Lots under Contract means all Lots owned by Borrower or a Guarantor as to which Borrower or such Guarantor has entered into a bona fide contract of sale with a Person who is not a Subsidiary or Affiliate.
Lots under Contract means all Lots owned by Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary as to which Issuer or such Restricted Subsidiary has entered into a bona fide contract of sale with a Person who is not a Subsidiary or Affiliate.
