Examples of Lower Layers in a sentence

  • Parties shall with the consent of each of the Other Parties (not to be unreasonably withheld) and with all other necessary consents and approvals, including those of the Secretary, and subject to Clause 6.2, have access to the Lower Layers from the surface of the area comprised in the Licence or otherwise through the Upper Layers PROVIDED THAT such access shall not interfere with any operations or planned or proposed operations of the Part Area Owners of the Upper Layers.
