LP COMMON UNITS means common units representing limited partnership interests in the common equity of the Operating Partnership.
LP COMMON UNITS has the meaning defined for “Common Units” set forth in the LP LPA Agreement.
LP COMMON UNITS means Units held by a Limited Partner, other than Preferred Units.
