LPA Fee Rate definition

LPA Fee Rate. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, either (a) 0.015% per annum or (b) if the Loan Performance Advisor Fee is the amount calculated pursuant to the proviso in the definition of “Loan Performance Advisor Fee”, a per annum rate determined by dividing such fee by the average of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the preceding Distribution Date.
LPA Fee Rate. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, either (a) 0.015% per annum or (b) if the LPA Fee is the amount calculated pursuant to the proviso in the definition of “LPA Fee”, a per annum rate determined by dividing such fee by the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Due Period.

Examples of LPA Fee Rate in a sentence

  • With respect to any Mortgage Loan that does not have a first payment date during the Due Period related to the first Distribution Date, the Depositor shall deposit into the Distribution Account on or before the Servicer Remittance Date relating to the first Distribution Date, an amount equal to one month’s interest at the related Net Mortgage Rate (plus the Master Servicing Fee Rate, Trustee Fee Rate and LPA Fee Rate) on the Cut-off Date Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan.

Related to LPA Fee Rate

  • L/C Fee Rate means the Applicable Margin with respect to LIBOR Rate Loans.

  • Unused Fee Rate means 0.50% per annum.

  • Facility Fee Rate means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.

  • Fee Rate means initially 0.25% per annum, which shall be subject to increase by 0.25% per annum for each Week in respect of which any Failure has occurred and is continuing.

  • Program Fee Rate is defined in the Fee Letter.

  • Undrawn Fee Rate has the meaning set forth in the Fee Letter.

  • Applicable Fee Rate means, at any time, the percentage rate per annum at which Commitment Fees are accruing on the unused portion of the Aggregate Commitment at such time as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Commitment Fee Rate has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Applicable Margin”.

  • Utilization Fee Rate means the percentage set forth in Schedule 1 hereto beside the then applicable Level.

  • Expense Fee Rate As to each Mortgage Loan, a per annum rate equal to the sum of the Servicing Fee Rate and the Trustee Fee Rate.

  • Applicable Utilization Fee Rate means, as of any date, the percentage rate per annum at which Utilization Fees accrue on all Revolving Credit Advances at such time as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Applicable Facility Fee Rate means, at any time, the percentage rate per annum at which Facility Fees are accruing on the Aggregate Commitment at such time as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Workout Fee Rate With respect to each Corrected Mortgage Loan, 1.00%.

  • Applicable Commitment Fee Rate means the percentage rate per annum based on the Leverage Ratio then in effect according to the pricing grid on Schedule 1.1(A) below the heading “Commitment Fee.”

  • Unused Commitment Fee Rate has the meaning given to such term in the Fee Letter.

  • Applicable Unused Commitment Fee Rate means 0.50% per annum.

  • Administrative Fee Rate The sum of the Servicing Fee Rate, the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate and the CREFC® Licensing Fee Rate.

  • Letter of Credit Fee Rate means, with respect to a Letter of Credit, the annual percentage per annum indicated below the reference to “Letters of Credit” in the definition of “Applicable Margin” relevant to the period in respect of which determination is being made, as adjusted pursuant to the definition of “Applicable Margin”.

  • Trustee Fee Rate 0.0025% per annum.

  • Applicable Letter of Credit Fee Rate means the percentage rate per annum based on the Leverage Ratio then in effect according to the pricing grid on Schedule 1.1(A) below the heading “Letter of Credit Fee.”

  • Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, 0.50% per annum.

  • Liquidation Fee Rate With respect to each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan or REO Property as to which a Liquidation Fee is payable, 1.0%.

  • Insurance Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan insured by an Insurance Policy paid for by the lender, the per annum rate specified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Administration Fee Rate The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee Rate, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee Rate.

  • Applicable Unused Line Fee Margin means the per annum fee, from time to time in effect, payable in respect of Borrowers’ non-use of committed funds pursuant to Section 1.9(b), which fee is determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).

  • Net Servicing Fee Rate means (a) so long as the Seller or The Bank of New York is the Servicer, 1.25% per annum and (b) if the Seller or The Bank of New York is no longer the Servicer, 2.0% per annum.
