LPC BUSINESS definition
LPC BUSINESS means the LPC Interests, sales sourced from LPC and any Stocks, Operating Debtors, Operating Creditors less than 1 year (the definitions of such terms in Schedule 6 being applied to LPC) and other assets or liabilities relating to LPC as determined and distinguished from the Business in accordance with Schedule 7;
LPC BUSINESS means the business and operations of LPC;
LPC BUSINESS means any sales sourced from LPC, any Stocks, Operating Debtors, Operating Creditors less than one year (the definitions of such terms in Schedule 6 being applied to LPC) and other assets or liabilities relating to LPC as determined and distinguished from the Business in accordance with Schedule 9;
