LSCD definition

LSCD means a document that may be issued by Licensing Company in relation to Brand Owner Products identified in an application, for the purpose of confirming that the relevant Shipment of such Brand Owner Products is licensed (as specified in the relevant application) under the Licensed Patents and the Registration Logo.
