LT1 RFP has the meaning ascribed to it in the recitals to this Agreement. “Market Participant” has the meaning ascribed to it by the IESO Market Rules.‌

  • Through the Request for Qualifications for the Procurement of Long-Term Electricity Reliability Services published on June 3, 2022, as amended (the “ LT1 RFQ”), the IESO sought qualification submissions to qualify participants to participate in the E-LT1 RFP and LT1 RFP to develop and operate Electricity resources capable of providing capacity services to meet system reliability needs.

The REMIC I Regular Interests, together with the Class R-1 Residual Interest, shall be deemed to be a separate series of beneficial interests in the assets of the Trust consisting of the REMIC I Assets pursuant to Section 3806(b)(2) of the Statutory Trust Statute.

  • REMIC II Regular Interests The Classes of undivided beneficial interests in REMIC II designated as “regular interests” in the table titled “REMIC II Interests” in the Preliminary Statement hereto.
