Examples of LTO Arrangement in a sentence

  • Any reference to purchaser shall mean the Lessee under the LTO Arrangement and not the Lessor.

  • If You acquired the Product and this Agreement through a lease under a LTO Arrangement, You are entitled to all non-cash benefits under this Agreement until You acquire full ownership of this Agreement and the Product.

  • Where the Covered Product was acquired under a LTO Arrangement, only the lessee (and not the lessor) under the LTO Arrangement may opt-out pursuant to the terms of this provision, and the lessor shall be bound by the lessee’s decision whether to opt out.

  • Any owner obligations related to maintenance of the Covered Product shall be the responsibility of the Lessee during the term of any LTO Arrangement except as provided by law.

  • Any lawsuit relating to any matter arising under, or related to this Agreement, initiated by or on behalf of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ LLC against customer or client, its employees, ex-employees, officers, agents, or affiliates shall be initiated in the appropriate s+State or Federal Court serving New York County in the State of New York.

  • Any reference to You, Your, Service Agreement Holder, Agreement Holder shall mean the Lessee under the LTO Arrangement and not the Lessor.

  • If You purchased this Plan under an LTO Arrangement, any refund owed pursuant to this provision will be paid directly to the Lessor of record unless You have taken ownership of the property.
