Lyconet Agreement definition

Lyconet Agreement means the “Lyconet Agreement for Independent Lyconet Marketer” into which a Member must enter with Lyoness (in the name of “Lyconet”) in order to become a Marketer and enjoy benefits under the Lyconet Compensation Plan (outside the scope of these GTCs).

Examples of Lyconet Agreement in a sentence

  • The intentional inappropriate use of unauthorized Communication Materials by the Marketer shall entitle Lyconet to terminate without notice this Lyconet Agreement for good cause pursu- ant to Section 13.2.

  • The Marketer must ensure that the obligations of this Lyconet Agreement are also met by these third parties.

  • This shall not affect the right of Lyconet to immediately terminate this Lyconet Agreement for good cause in accordance with section 13.2 and to assert a claim for any damage that has resulted or is resulting.

  • The culpa- ble use of unauthorised Communication Material by the Marketer shall entitle Lyconet to terminate this Lyconet Agreement immediately for good cause according to section 13.2.

  • This shall not affect the right of Lyconet to pursue injective relief or terminate this Lyconet Agreement and to assert a claim for any damage that has resulted or is resulting.

  • An essential element of this marketing program is the Lyconet Agreement for Independent Lyconet marketers, which enables participants to promote the distribution and use of the Cashback World Programme as self-employed, commercial sales representatives and to obtain benefits from the same.

  • Purchases from another Lifeline shall not be considered in favour of the Marketer (even if the Marketer has mediated the conclusion of the Lyconet Agreement with the Marketer).

  • After concluding the Lyconet Agreement with Lyoness Cash Back Programme (Pty) Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Lyconet” in this context), the contracting party shall become an Independent Lyconet Marketer (hereinafter: “Marketer”).

  • A violation of this section 3.4 shall entitle Lyconet to terminate this Lyconet Agreement for good cause in accordance with section 13.2.

  • The Contractor and Owner shall be named insured and loss payee to this insurance.
