MACRO Securities means (i) the Up-MACRO Holding Shares, (ii) the Down-MACRO Holding Shares, (iii) the Up-MACRO Tradeable Shares and (iv) the Down-MACRO Tradeable Shares.

MACRO Securities means (i) the Claymore MACROshares Oil Up and Oil Down shares issued by, respectively, the Claymore MACROshares Oil Up Holding Trust and the Claymore MACROshares Oil Down Holding Trust, and (ii) any other securities issued by a trust controlled by any Permitted Sublicensee and for which any Permitted Sublicensee under this Agreement acts as the depositor, which securities are linked to any Market Data.

MACRO Securities means any security that issues a paired share of up exposure and down exposure to any index, asset, asset class or cash flow.
