Made to Order Products which have to be made or assembled upon receipt of an order, are documented on a published price list, are not developed specifically for an Authorized User, and are not one of a kind.
A Special Order is any order that is Made to Order, or not a stocked item as determined by Enflo.
If any goods, including Made to Order Goods, have been delivered and found to be wrongly described, or are damaged or faulty and we cannot remedy the fault to your reasonable satisfaction, then these goods can be returned, provided that you notify us of the alleged defect within 30 days after the goods has been received Please read our Returns Policy for more information about returning the goods.
DECK will not accept a return or offer a refund for products which are Made to Order.
For non-custom or Made to Order Hardware, Customer may cancel or change its Order prior to shipment by submitting a written request to DECK.
Non-stock Items, Made to Order Items, Customs or Special Items cannot be cancelled before shipment without prior authorization by Servo2Go. Where authorization is provided, cancellation fees up to their full value may apply.
If Customer has purchased a Made to Order or Custom item, it is Customer’s sole responsibility to submit accurate technical specifications for the Hardware.
