Magnolia Gathering System as used herein will have the meaning given to such term in the Magnolia GGA. The term “Magnolia Contract Year” means the one-year period of time from each September 1 continuing to August 31 of the following year. Shipper Partner and Gatherer are also parties to a like agreement covering the Magnolia Gathering System (the “Partner Magnolia GGA”), Shipper Partner and Gatherer are also parties to a like agreement covering the Olympia Gathering System (the “Partner Olympia GGA”).

Examples of Magnolia Gathering System in a sentence

  • To the extent permitted by applicable law as well as any contractual limitations with third parties, the Parties will periodically exchange information regarding future utilization of the Magnolia Gathering System by Shipper, Shipper Partner and/or Third Party Gas.

  • Those facilities, exclusive of the Plants, comprising the Magnolia Gathering System, including Receipt Points, laterals, trunk lines and redelivery compression.

  • EnCana may request CEFS to provide Additional Services or Additional interconnections on CEFS’ Magnolia Gathering System, following which request CEFS shall provide to EnCana a proposal for such Additional Services or Additional Interconnections and the Additional Gathering Fee in connection therewith (an “Additional Services Proposal”).

Related to Magnolia Gathering System

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Pipelines means those pipelines within the Storage Facility that connect the Tanks to one another and to the receiving and delivery flanges of the Storage Facility.

  • Station means a telephone instrument consisting of a connected transmitter, receiver, and associated apparatus to permit sending or receiving telephone messages.

  • Gas means any mixture of hydrocarbons and noncombustible gases in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Interconnection means a connection between two or more individual Transmission Systems that normally operate in synchronism and have interconnecting intertie(s).

  • Gasification means the substoichiometric oxidation or steam reformation of a substance to produce a gaseous mixture containing two or more of the following: (i) oxides of carbon; (ii) methane; and (iii) hydrogen;

  • Interconnector means equipment used to link the electricity system of the State to electricity systems outside of the State;

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.
