As of the Effective Date of this Agreement, Licensee agrees to pay to Licensor royalties in the amount of 6% of Licensee’s Actual Selling Price (defined below), including but not limited to by Mail Order Sales, for each unit of Goods sold, in United States dollars, computed upon the total number of units sold, shipped, or otherwise distributed by Licensee or any of its representatives or affiliated, associated, or subsidiary.
If the Customer selects electronic settlement as the payment method for the product payment in Mail Order Sales, DEGICA shall transfer the information pertaining to Mail Order Sales that comprises the settlement data prescribed by the Electronic Payment Service Provider to the Payment Service Provider’s server and shall provide the Customer with the means to process the settlement using the method prescribed by the Electronic Payment Service Provider.
