Mailing Lists means updated and current lists and/or magnetic tapes (in a format designated by MBNA America) containing names, postal addresses and, when available, telephone numbers of Members segmented by zip codes or reasonably selected membership characteristics.

Mailing Lists. OCTG permits clients to send mailings to subscribers of their own mailing list. Such mailings must have explicit instruction to the recipient on how to remove his/her name from the list, and all requests to do so must be honored immediately.
