Main Body definition

Main Body refers to the main body of this ICO Agreement;
Main Body of the Agreement means this Agreement minus the appendices;
Main Body means the document generally describing the RFP and to which ten (10) Appendices (A-I) are attached.

Examples of Main Body in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, this Agreement shall be deemed to be a “Customised Agreement” pursuant to Clause 1.4 of Part 2 of the Main Body of the Approved ICO.

  • The Main Body includes the majority of the cargo/passenger-carrying vehicles/vessels.
