Main Contractor definition

Main Contractor means the legal entity with whom the Municipality will contract (as opposed to sub-contractors, suppliers, manufacturers or service providers who contract with the main contractor);
Main Contractor means the person or persons, partnership, firm or company, whose tender for the main contract has been accepted, and who has or have, signed the main contract and shall include his or their heirs, executors, administrators, assigned successors and duly appointed representatives. For the purposes of this work, the terms “Main Contractor” and “Contractor” shall have the same meaning.
Main Contractor has the meaning given to it in regulation 1.3 of the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations 1996 (WA).

More Definitions of Main Contractor

Main Contractor means HPC Builders Pte. Ltd. or such other substitute main contractor under the Main Contract appointed by the Lessor which shall be at least of similar repute and/or qualification as HPC Builders Pte Ltd.
